First, click on the “More Systems Icon”

At the drop down menu, select “Social Center”. 

When the window comes up, click on “Fate Test”. 

Keep clicking through it until you find a “Fate Test” with either 0 or 100. 

After you get 0 or 100 fate test, you will receive an achievement.

Another way to get 0% and 100% Fate Test :

• Go to any player’s profile and click “Fate Test” 

Note : Getting 0% and 100% may take a while. Have patience.
