Every certain date there are different consumption events on the Activiy tab. From there, you can find the Blue Sky Debris.
During this event, for every 1000 Rc/Cr consumed (except in exchange) you will be able to claim 1 piece of this item, which can be used to craft awesome accessories.
You will be able to find this event (whenever it's active) by clicking on the Activity icon.
It will show the Activity window and the current events on going. Look for the "Blue Sky Debris and Good Mood" event and click on it.
Once you have claimed the amount of craft items yo can close the window and then, access to your inventory (bag).
You will see the item on it. Click directly on merge to craft your items.
