The cause could be:

The graphic card driver has not been updated. Fix it  by checking and updating the video card driver.

Not enough support of your graphic card.

Check your system information

Step 1

Navigate to your computer icon either in a file browser or on your desktop.

Step 2

Right click the computer to bring up the context menu.

Step 3

Click Properties.

Step 4

Look over the properties page and compare

If you are not sure which card is in the computer, the exact name of your graphics card is available in the Windows Display Settings, that you can find through the Control Panel. You can also run Microsoft's DirectX diagnostic tool to get this information:

From the Start menu, open the Run dialog box.

Type dxdiag

Click on the Display tab of the dialog that opens to find graphics card information.

If everything is okay its time to check if your drivers are updated

Step 1

Search for “Device Manager” and click on it

Step 2

On the “Device Manager” Window click on display adapters > Select them and click on Update Driver

Step 3

Select the option “Search automatically”
