Pink Bug Problem

The cause could be:

The graphic card driver has not been updated. Fix it by checking and updating the video card driver.

Not enough support of your graphic card.

How to Find Information About RAM on Your PC and compare to the minimum requirements

Check your system information

Step 1

Navigate to your computer icon either in a file browser or on your desktop.

Step 2

Right click the computer to bring up the context menu.

Step 3

Click Properties.

Step 4

Look over the properties page and compare

If you are not sure which card is in the computer, the exact name of your graphics card is available in the Windows Display Settings, that you can find through the Control Panel. You can also run Microsoft's DirectX diagnostic tool to get this information:

From the Start menu, open the Run dialog box.

Type dxdiag

Click on the Display tab of the dialog that opens to find graphics card information.

If everything is okay its time to check if your drivers are updated

Step 1

Search for “Device Manager” and click on it

Step 2

On the “Device Manager” Window click on display adapters > Select them and click on Update Driver

Step 3

Select the option “Search automatically”

Tying the Knot

Lvl. 18 – Tying the Knot

For beginners, there is a new feature in Touch where you can gain a set (7 days) from a mission. The player have to be level 18 and up to receive the mission.

Step 1 : Click the mission button

Step 2 : Accept the “Tying the knot” mission

Step 3 (i) : Find a couple. Right click another player IGN (In-game Name) and click “Lover”

Step 3 (ii) : You can also find a couple by clicking another player’s detail and click “Invite Lover”

Step 4 : When the player accept your request for lover, you successfully completed the mission. The reward will be send directly to your bag.

Multi Game Card

Step 1 : Open the link - https://www.multigamecard.com
Step 2 : Click “WHERE TO BUY” and choose the type of payment you want to use

Step 3 : After received the codes, click “WHERE TO USE” and click “Redeem” for Touch 3Claws

Step 4 : The page will direct to you to 3Claws charge page and choose “ Touch – 3D Dance Game”

Step 5 : The page will direct to http://touch.3claws.com/charge/ and sign-in your Touch 3Claws ID

Step 6 : Choose your server

Step 7 : Select Multi Game Card and insert the Serial and PIN you received from Step 1. Then, click “Next Step”

Step 8 : After clicking “Next Step” , it will show your transaction result.The Payment Channel will based on the option you choose to buy Multi Game Card Codes.
