Both can be randomly acquired from 2016 Winter Holiday Egg’s first prizes
After collecting the crafting materials, open your bag, go to [Synthetic] > Egg Craft Recipe and look for Flowers. Click on the Synthetic button to craft the mount.
 You will receive Flowers Brocade Random Pack. The random pack offers you a chance to obtain the rare mount.
